面試問題千百種, 臨機(jī)應(yīng)變拔頭籌!
面試官除了會(huì)就應(yīng)聘者的生活和工作態(tài)度提問之外,有時(shí)甚至?xí)嵋恍﹩栴}來(lái)考察應(yīng)聘者解決問題及臨時(shí)應(yīng)變的能力。 例如: Suppose that you were a director, how would you handle that if the work performance of your subordinates was unsatisfactory? 假設(shè)你是一位主管,對(duì)于下屬工作表現(xiàn)不理想,你通常如何處理?
面試官其實(shí)是想了解你的管理技巧如何、面對(duì)問題時(shí)的態(tài)度,及解決問題的能力。工作團(tuán)隊(duì)中有表現(xiàn)不盡如人意的員工,這種情況管理者幾乎都曾遇到過,可以試著將過去的實(shí)例坦誠(chéng)相告。
參考答案如下: If I were the manager, first I would like to discuss with them and try to find out why they couldn’t perform as good as before.
